Food Industries Organizes Initiative For Employment in SMIs

Chamber of Food Industries in Federation of Egyptian Industries (FEI) in cooperation with National Employment Pact (NEP) are organizing Job Quality Competition, which targets the small and medium industries (SMIs).

Eng. Yousri Tinawy, the Chamber's General Manager, pointed out that the initiative aims at providing contributions to curtain the unemployment among youth. This initiative will provide jobs in a number of fields; the technical work is the most important field, besides providing support for developing the work in small and medium companies system.

The competition program depends on main factors include how to improve work and its climate, and attracting the trained technical employment.

The National Employment Pact (NEP) launched by the Egyptian German Business Community in cooperation with German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GACIC) at the beginning of July. It works on supporting he projects offers presented by companies, and which contribute to providing high-quality jobs for the Egyptian youth, besides attracting them for the technical and vocational jobs.
